I often get asked what I do for a living. Unfortunately for those making light conversation or hoping for a short answer, one word just doesn’t cover it.
I am a very visual person. This combined with my attention to detail and enhanced by just the right amount of OCD drives me to nail my product presentations to a T. After High School I dabbled in various fields - fashion design, graphics, product merchandising and all kept leading me back to one thing, I love to make things looks aesthetically appealing. Both for myself, and to inspire others. With that in mind I set out to start up my own business and here I am - a freelance stylist and owner/director of Golden Gild Collective. Working for myself and freelancing allows me to be really flexible and explore many avenues of design. Below are my main areas of expertise.

P R O D U C T  S T Y L I N G - I style then photograph product and food. My clients can then use these images for their website, social media platforms or any other marketing medium that will help them to increase the appeal of their target audience.

M E R C H A N D I S I N G - Your store front should be the embodiment of your brand so the feeling people get when they walk through the door and into the space you have created needs to be unreservedly positive. If you have a retail storefront or showroom and want to sell product, then visual merchandising is vitally important. Having your products well displayed in an environment that compliments them is key to turnover and I am available to freelance or consult on this - daily, weekly or monthly.

E V E N T  &  W E D D I N G  S T Y L I N G - When you attend an event or wedding reception and enter the venue and notice all the party decor, gorgeous table settings and detailing - that’s me. I am the one that sits down with the hosts/bride and groom months before hand to plan all that and then set everything up day/s before the event. I would like to add here that I am very good at maximising value vs cost. From utter indulgence to modest budgets, I can make your event look spectacular either running with my own ideas or working closely with you to get exactly what you invisage.

I N T E R I O R  D E C O R A T I N G  &  S T A G I N G - Always wanted your home to look like the cover of ‘Your Home & Garden’ but don’t quite know how? Renovating or just want to freshen up your look? I help my clients with furniture/decor shopping, choosing the colour of wall paint to arranging and decorating their homes. I can also help with house sales, by staging homes to look right for potential buyers.

P R I V A T E  P A R T I E S  &  P L A T T E R S - With my love for food, entertaining is something that has always come very naturally. Hosting a good dinner party can be stressful. To help let you enjoy your evening I can assist with decor and meal planning, setting up before your party and creating magical platters that will wow your guests.

H O M E  &  B U S I N E S S  O R G A N I S A T I O N  - As far back as my memories stretch I have taken great pride and joy in keeping everything around me tidy and in its right place. It gives me a real sense of achievement to do this for myself and for others as a clean pallet helps to spur creativity and lends itself to effective planning. I can bring complete organisation to your business, home and/or life - organising your kitchen draws and cupboards right through to planning your media content schedule months in advance.
